I am a Mindful Self-Care Coach and an Advanced Practitioner of Mind Body Medicine.  I have made a career out of helping others learn, connect, and grow.  What fills my cup is helping others get to where they want to go.  I work with individuals who want to make change in their lives.

Coaching

If you are looking to make any change in your life and need an accountability partner, then coaching is for you.  This is a one-on-one experience where you can expect unconditional support, attention and accountability.  We will identify where you are and establish a plan for you to get where you want to be.  Whether you want to shed some pounds, transition jobs, or have any goal you want to achieve, coaching can create the change you seek

Mind Body Skills Groups

Mind Body Skills Groups are in-person or online programs that teach practical tools of self-care and provide a small group experience that fosters mutual support. Participants practice a range of evidence-based self-care techniques that promote physiological and psychological balance, enhance self-awareness and compassion, and enable the skillful use of this approach with others.  This is great for any group of individuals or organization seeking to invest in themselves and others.  

Meditation

Looking to start a meditation practice?  Need more accountability with your current practice?  Or, maybe you need a specific meditation tailored to your needs?  Getting support to balance your central nervous system is a great investment in yourself.
